Annual Performance Evaluation:
To demonstrate the overall effectiveness of the College's employees, Southern Union State Community College evaluates its employees on an annual basis regarding their achievement of performance objectives. Regular evaluations contribute toward the overall effectiveness of the College by focusing on continuing development.
All employees are required to complete an annual performance evaluation conducted by their immediate supervisor. Performance Evaluations will be conducted using NEOED Perform.
